Spent over 15 years in academia, serving in various capacities. He is notably, the former Associate Dean of GIMPA Business School (Greenhill College) and a member of the GIMPA Council. His professional experience includes serving as the Chief Director for the Ministries of Local Government, Tourism, Arts and Culture in the Ghana Civil Service. Nana Oduro-Kwateng is the immediate past Dwantoahene of Agona-Swedru and poised to take on new role as the "In-coming" Agona Swedruhene.
